Léopoldine, your hostess, is in her fifties. She is Austrian born and speaks fluent German and good English.

She offers a bed and breakfast guest room since her daughter Céline  was emancipated. Attentive and chatty, she enjoys receiving visitors and will welcome you like friends arriving from a long trip. You will feel welcomed and at home very quickly. 

Léopoldine, works a lot and often goes away to visit family out of Paris so you may find yourself at times independent and unhosted.

Additional information
Arrival or dropping luggage is possible only from 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.
Please reach your hostesses directly (details only given to guests after booking confirmation via Petite Paris) to organise another convenient arrival time and she will organise something with her housekeeper. On weekends and Thursdays arrival and/or dropping luggage is possible all day long if you give an exact arrival time. 

Your host Léopoldine often returns to Austria to meet her family.  She cannot usually plan in advance when will need to leave Paris. In case she cannot be home during your stay, her son or his partner will check you in. She will trust you alone in her apartment, however breakfast will not be served each morning; instead breakfast supplies will be stored in the kitchen except for the fresh bread and croissants which you will have to purchase from the bakery each morning just like the locals. 

Your hostess does not have pets in her home and does not wish to receive any.
Your hostess is a smoker, but is aware that smoking may upset certain visitors. Do not hesitate to ask her to aerate common areas.
In the evening, you may have the use of your hostess kitchen (use is limited to reheating food).
An iron and iron table is available for your use. 


Additional Services
On weekends do not hesitate to ask Leopoldine to prepare one evening meal for you (from 10 to 25 euros per person). 

On weekends, you may visit Paris with Leopoldine, walking or by car (from 30 euros for two persons). You can also accompany her to a typical french market or to her Golf Club in St Clout, the Paris Country Club (rate upon request to Leopldine). 

For 5 euros, you may use the washing machine and  washing powder (cost per load).
Apartment #134                 Arrondissement: 15 ème
Leopoldine is Austrian born; Since her daughter Céline emancipated, she begun  offering a bed and breakfast guest room in the 15th district that accommodates 2 people. Location is central to most tourist attractions and monuments and transportation. The guest room is simple, comfortable and equipped with a double bed. The bath must be share with Leopoldine.
The dwelling
Located on the fifth floor (with lift) of a sandstone building built at the beginning of the century, your hostess' residence is bright and airy. 

A long hall separates the living rooms: kitchen, dining room, lounge and bedrooms (Leopoldine’s room and the guest B&B room) and bath room. 

The apartment is highly decorated with collected masks being one of Leopoldine’s passions. Golf is another passion of hers. 

Very welcoming, Léopoldine will happily allow you to use her kitchen for light cooking or to use her dining room to sit at the table or relax in the conformable sofa in her lounge. The space is free for you to use.
The bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a small bath with a hand-held shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Hair dryer and towels are provided by  your hostess. 

Use of the bathroom is to be shared with your hostesses. Access to Leopoldine's bedroom is via the bathroom so please remember to check that she is not in her bedroom before taking your relaxing bath.
Breakfast
During the week, breakfast is served by Léopoldine in the living room until 8.30am.

If you wish to have breakfast later, it will be prepared at your convenience. 

Breakfast is always composed of hot drinks, orange juice, baguettes and toast, butter and various jams. 

For an extra 5 euros per person you can have fresh fruit, cheese or yogurt, boiled eggs or ham.

Your bedroom
The warm atmosphere of this little bedroom (12m2), its wooden floor and simple decor will delight you. 

Thanks to its sound-proofing (orientation overlooking a calm interior court), you may rest perfectly in peace and comfort (feather pillows).

The room is furnished with a double bed (140X190), a wooden round table (can be used as bed table with a lamp), a cupboard and a television.
